Children’s Hospice South West provides hospice care for children and families who live in the South West and delivers this service from three hospices across the region. They support children and their families from the point of diagnosis or recognition of a life-limiting condition and beyond.

Keynsham’s local Hospice, Charlton Farm, is situated in beautiful countryside in North Somerset and is a safe haven for families whose child has been diagnosed with a life threatening or life limiting condition. Charlton Farm currently supports over 220 families by providing palliative, emergency, and end of life care. The multidisciplinary care team also visit families in their own homes as well as providing advice and support by telephone and Zoom.
