    Description: Concert for Sebastians Action Trust
    Sebastian’s Action Trust offers a special place where families facing enormous challenges can come together for memory making, rest and relaxation through a family focused, yet child centred, model.

    The trust provides emotional, social and practical care for life-limited and life-threatened children and their families that is flexible, adapting to the needs of each family in a way that always respects choice, individuality and the implications of living with a new, often unwelcome ‘normal’.

    Their support includes: Family breaks, a number of Outreach support services, Counselling, Events, activities and workshops.
