St Laurence, Reading - 21st October 2017

Following our concert at St Laurence in Reading in aid of Brighter Berkshire, we received the following lovely feedback from audience members. It’s great that a few of them commented on the audience participation, which was included to show just how good music and singing is for mental health.

Excellent throughout. Was in fear of the audience participation, but thoroughly enjoyed it! Iain Macmillan

Very nice repertoire. Great cause. Wonderful voices. James Cuggy

Wonderful concert with the usual varied repertoire – some challenging items, but no problem for the Phoenix!! Second half – just right! Looking forward to Douai. Denis Gilbert

Just wonderful as always. A great night, loved the audience workshop. Chantal Nason

Getting the audience involved was great. Great variation of songs and impressed with the choir learning all the words!! Sabrina Findlay

Good range of music. First time I’ve seen this conductor! Nice to see how the choir has developed. Heidi Bignell

I thought that it was very good and the participation part was great. Dan Macmillan
